Shipping & Delivery
- Unless otherwise stated, shipment of your order will take place within 3-7 working days with TNT Post, DHL Parcel Service, DPD or another trusted courier service. Products will be shipped after payment in full is received.
Guitar Patrol applies a fixed shipping rate per order: Priority Mail or Package.

Money Back Guarantee
- In accordance with the European Distance Selling Regulations, any goods can be returned for any reason within 7 working days for a refund, less carriage costs. Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging and not show any signs of usage. If you decide that you do not wish to keep an item you can log in to your personal account page and request a RMA. Note that all shipping costs on returned products must be paid by the customer.

Returns & Refunds
- Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods. Credit/debit card refunds will be processed immediately and normally take 3-5 working days to show on the customer's account. Goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned. Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer during the sale or via information on this website. Faulty goods must be returned within 15 days of the date of delivery. This policy is invalidated if the goods have been altered in any way from their original condition, or if the fault is due to misuse by the purchaser.
All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. -
Products & Pricing
- 21% BTW (dutch VAT) will be charged on all goods shipped to addresses within the European Union. On shipments to addresses outside the European Union NO consumer tax will be applied. Be aware that you must pay consumer & import taxes in the country the goods are shipped to. Please contact your local customs office for information on taxes that will be charged upon arrival of your goods.
